Dear Families,

Welcome to the Amistad Dual Language School. As the name indicates, Amistad is a warm environment where our students can feel safe to take intellectual risks as they grow both academically, as well as socially and emotionally. Our dedicated staff works diligently to provide all students with the individual support they need to succeed while maintaining collaborative relationships with families.

Amistad takes pride in providing our students with a culturally relevant educational experience in which our graduates are biliterate in both Spanish and English. As a Kindergarten through 8th grade school, Amistad provides a comprehensive educational experience that values academic and emotional growth. We look forward to working with you to help fulfill our students' potential. We know that by partnering with families, there is no challenge that we cannot overcome in helping our students to flourish. We invite you to be an active participant in our community by getting involved in our PTA, SLT, as parent class representatives, chaperones, and volunteers.
